This is so relatable! We need to be more open about salaries and what 'competitive' (i.e. "is it reasonable?") really means. How can we ever expect to tackle things like gender pay gap if salaries are concealed right from the start?
Doesn't have to be exact, a £10k range is ok because I appreciate it can flex based on experience but at least put something on there!
I wonder if companies realise how much *awesome* talent their missing out on by not making this simple change...
